CHEF JEFFREY VIGILLA SEARED RIBEYE STEAK

Every good cooking show has a great behind the scenes staff that makes the show look flawless. Chef Jeff Vigilla SteakA lot of people don't realize a kitchen crew behind the scenes not only saves you a lot of time but they also help with plating, guest recipes, dishware, and prepping.

As one show is being filmed we have our in house chef getting the next camera ready. Cooking Hawaiian Style is fortunate to have local boy from the Big Island Chef Jeff Vigilla who has been with us for 7 seasons.

We often coax him to jump in front of the camera and this season we were lucky he was ready and able to share his expertise with our audiences. This week Chef Jeff made his famous Seared Ribeye Steak that he says is very easy to do!
