4 pounds of mussel meat
3/4 pound of round onion, minced
1 pinch of coarse salt (to taste)
4 tablespoons of sesame oil
4 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of crushed red chili pepper flakes
2 tablespoons kim chee base/paste
2 tablespoons ko choo jang sauce

Cooking Process:

In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine mussel meat, round onion, salt, sesame oil, and red chili pepper flakes, kimchee base, ko choo jang sauce; Mix well.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
