
When you talk about poke you cant help but mention Chef Sam Choy in the conversation. His name is as iconic as the word Poke. A local boy from Kahuku Sam has been on a mission to share his many poke recipes over the last few decades. We are excited to welcome Chef Sam Choy to the Cooking Hawaiian Style kitchen.

1 Lb. Sashimi grade Ahi 1/2 inch cubes
¼ cup red bell peppers diced small
¼ cup yellow bell peppers diced small
1 crt. mixed rainbow cherry tomatoes cut in half
½ cup red onions minced
½ cup seedless kalamata olives cut in half
¼ cup fried capers
1 cup light olive oil
3 to 4 meyers limes
4 Hawaiian chili peppers minced
to taste salt
Add fish in a glass bowl
Add salt, olive oil and lime juice
Add Hawaiian Chili peppers
Stir
Then add the rest of ingredients and stir to make sure everything is coated well.
