  • 1/4 cup seedless li hing mui
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 Cups mayonnaise
  • dash Aloha shoyu soy sauce
  • dash worcestershire

Order Seedless Li Hing Mui

Cooking Process:

Soak li hing mui in lemon juice for 10 minutes.  Pour li hing mui/lemon juice mixture, shoyu, worstershire, mayonnaise and blend until smooth.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary to get desired thickness.  Serve over salad green/mixed vegetables.
