Simple As Pie!  Pistachio pudding pie that is...!  This pie is perfect for Saint Patrick's Day and it couldn't be any simpler!

US Metric
  • 1 store-bought chocolate or regular pie crust
  • 3.4 ounce package pistachio pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 container cool whip*
  • chocolate syrup

* I actually used 1.5 containers of cool whip

Cooking Process:

Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.  Mix with 1/2 container of cool whip.  Spread mixture into pie crust.  Top with remaining cool whip (I actually used a whole container for mine) and chill for 2-3 hours.  Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving and decorate as you want.
