Chef Adam Tabura's Opakapaka Sashimi

- 4 ounces fresh opakapaka, sliced sashimi style
- 1 tomato, diced
- 4-6 green onions, sliced
- Dash sweet chili oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- pinch Hawaiian salt
Slice fish sashimi style, sprinkle tomatoes on fish, Make dressing by mixing oils and Hawaiian salt. Top sashimi with oil and sweet chili oil, fresh garlic and green onions.
