Look Fun Rolls

  • 1 C. Rice Flour 
  • 1/4 C Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 Tbp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 C. Filtered Ice Water


  • 12 oz Medium spicy Portuguese Sausage minced
  • 1/2 C. Minced round onion
  • 1/2 C. Minced green onion
  • 1 Tbp. Oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Cooking Process:



Mix batter well, and pour 9 Tbp in a 9x9 inch square nonstick pan with a coating of Pam. Steam over medium high heat 6 to 7 minutes, set aside & continue steaming remaining batter until batter is all used up.



In a wok, fry up all ingredients, and then set aside.Divide fried filling, and proceed to fill Luk Fun noodle sheets and roll tight as you can, and then plate it, and drizzle with soy sauce or your favorite sauce, garnish with green onions.
