  • 5-6 lbs Pork Butt, cubed 1"
  • 1 round onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  •  1/2 cup Patis
  • 2-3 lbs Kai Choy

Cooking Process:

Cut pork up into 1” cubes, brown with oil, garlic  and ginger.  Add onion salt and pepper and cover meat with water and cook for 30-minutes.  Ad patis and kai choy
