Fried Nori Shrimp
This Fried Nori Shrimp is an extremely quick and easy appetizer that tastes amazingly good!!
1 lb. Large Shrimp
2 Cups Potato Flour or Rice Flour (mochiko)
2-4 oz. nori strips
season cleaned shrimp with salt and pepper, lightly dust shrimp with flour and remove excess flour. Sprinkle nori strips over dusted shrimp and allow to sit for 10 minutes. A batter will naturally form.
Deep fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Oil temp must be between 350 and 370 degrees.
Drain cooked shrimp on paper towel and serve hot.
