2 lbs. Stew Meat

1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
3 cups water
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 medium Potatoes - cut in 2 inches cubes
1 small Red Bell Pepper - sliced lengthwise
1 small Green Bell Pepper - sliced lengthwise
2 Serrano Chili Pepper (you may use Jalapeno)
1 cup Coconut Milk (you may add more for richer flavor)
1 ½ Tablespoon Liver Spread
1/2 cup Black Olives (optional)
3 Bay Leaves
3 cloves garlic – sliced thinly
1/2 Onion - diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
