  • 3 -4 ripe mangoes, peeled, thinly sliced, refrigerate
  • 3 c. glutinous rice,rinsed, soaked overnight
  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 3 TB sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Cooking Process:

Prepare rice for steaming. Place in steamer basket lined with cheesecloth. Steam over boiling water for 20-30 minutes. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cooked rice and coconut milk; stirring until thickened. Add sugar and salt and simmer for 2 minutes.
