US Metric

8 oz. pasta, cooked, drained

2 tsp. vegetable oil

¾ lbs. ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

½ tsp. oregano

salt and pepper, as needed

1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce

2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

4 oz. sliced pepperoni

Cooking Process:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion in oil. Add oregano, salt and pepper; drain. Place pasta in slow cooker. Stir in the beef mixture, pizza sauce, cheese, soup and pepperoni. Cover and cook on Low Setting 2-3 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 4-6.
