Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: | Ready In: Marinate 6 hours
- 1 1/2 lbs. ahi fillets
- 1/2 c. flour
- oil for frying Marinade:
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 15 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tsp. Hawaiian salt
- 5 Hawaiian red peppers, seeded; minced
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- dash allspice and ground cloves
Cooking Process:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over fish in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Marinate for 6 hours. Drain fish and dredge in flour. In a large skillet, fry fish until lightly browned.
