  • short grain rice (cooked)
  • Radish pickle
  • spinach stir fry with sesame oil
  • Imitation crab meat stick
  • season sea weed sheet
  • You can substitute spinach with any kind of vege you like. Carrots, cucumber.

Cooking Process:

Place a sheet of seaweed on the rolling mat, arrange a thin layer of rice evenly on 3/4 of the seaweed leaving the last 1/4 of the sheet exposed.  Press the rice firmly against the seaweed sheet.  Arrange what ever fillings you desire such as pickled radish, spinach, imitation crab....  using the rolling mat, roll the rice into a tubular shape, wet the exposed seaweed with water and seal the roll.   Press and shape the roll tightly with the mat.
