Mahi Mahi Tatsuta-age with Mayo-Oyster Sauce

  • 1 lb Mahi mahi, cut into bite size
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • Salt to season fish
  • Oil to fry
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • 2 eggs
  • Cornstarch
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 TBSP Honey

Cooking Process:

Season the fish with salt and garlic powder.  Beat eggs.  Dip the seasoned fish pieces into the eggs.  then coat in the cornstarch.  Cook in the hot oil until golden brown.  Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, oyster sauce, and honey to make sauce.  Sprinkle chopped parsley over the cooked mahi mahi. Serve sauce on the side.
