This is a very classic-Hawaiian, old-time recipe that has re-surfaced in a lot of the poke stores recently.

- Inamona (roasted kukui nut, substitute w/ground mac nuts)
- Limu Kohu (red species of sea weed typically used in poke)
- Round onion, diced
- Green onions
- Red chili pepper
- Dried 'opae (dried salted shrimp)
Mix all ingredients together except 'opae. Add ice cold water and mix. Repeat until satisfied with texture. Add 'opae, mix and serve.
