Chili Orange Baby Back Ribs
A super ono variation of a Chili Orange Baby Back Ribs recipe from my brother in law. Sweet, spicy and tangy.
In a small mixing bowl; combine chili powder, salt and pepper. In a roasting pan, generously rub ribs with rub mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours. Into pan; pour rice vinegar. Cover with aluminum foil; roast in preheated 375 degree oven for up to 2 hour. Vinegar should be completely evaporated. In a mixing bowl; combine agave nectar, orange juice, zest and chili garlic paste. Glaze sauce over ribs. Serves 6-8.
