  • 1 lbs. of sliced beef
  • 1 round onion
  • 1 and 1/3 cup dashi
  • ½ cup Japanese sake
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mirin
  • 6 Tbsp. Aloha Aloha shoyu
