  • 1 lb. quality ground beef
  • 1 10oz package Portuguese Sausage
  • ½ cup sliced Maui round onions
  • 1 egg

Cooking Process:

Remove Portuguese sausage from casing and chop into smaller pieces.  Mix with 1 pound hamburger, ½ cup sliced onions, and 1 egg.  Form into patties and fry with oil in pan or on the grill.
