US Metric

1 c. mayonnaise

1 large egg

1 TB Dijon mustard

1 tsp. sriracha

2 stalks green onions, finely chopped

1 TB Italian parsley, chopped

1 garlic clove, grated

1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

¼ large red pepper, seeded, minced

1/2 lemon, zested

½ lemon, juiced

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 c. jumbo lump crabmeat

1/2 c. all-purpose flour, for dusting


Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; combine mayonnaise, egg, mustard and sriracha. Add green onions, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, red pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine well. Fold crabmeat gently into mixture. Divide mixture into 6 patties. Place flour into shallow dish. Dredge patties in flour. In a skillet over medium heat; brown patties 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serves 3-4.
