½ lb. sirloin beef, thinly sliced

1 tsp. vegetable oil

1 TB Aloha shoyu

1 tsp. brown sugar

2 ½ c. taro, peeled, diced

4 stalks green onion, chopped

1 bell pepper (optional)

1 carrot (optional)

Cooking Process:

In a skillet over medium heat; stir fry beef in oil 1 minute. Add soy sauce, sugar and simmer 5-7 minutes. Add taro; cook 5 minutes until tender. Add green onions, carrots, bell peppers if desired. Serves 4-6.
