Hawaiian style German Chocolate Cake

1 box German Chocolate Cake mix

Bake as directed on cake mix box, adding 1 box of vanilla instant pudding into cake mix.


1 cup butter

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 egg yolk

1-1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecan.

Cooking Process:

Bake cake as directed on box, and add 1 box instant vanilla pudding.  Mix well, and place in 9x13 inch cake pan.

Cool cake before frosting.


Melt butter.  Add sweetened condensed milk and egg yolk.  Bring to boil.  When boils, remove from heat, then stir coconut and mac nuts into the butter and milk.
