Shrimp Wrapped Portuguese Sausage
Its that time again, time to start bringing out the game-time and tailgate pupus!! This Shrimp Wrapped Portuguese Sausage is one of my favorites...its easy and delicious!
- Bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
- 2 Lbs. Large 20-25 count shrimp
- 2-3 Portuguese sausages or your favorite sausage.
- skewers or long toothpicks
Clean and devein shrimp. Cut sausage into slices. Throw all ingredients in a bowl and marinate with the Italian dressing. Using 3-4 inch skewers, place a piece of sausage and wrap a piece of shrimp over each piece of shrimp. Grill.
