  • pound of your favorite poke
  • pkg of wonton skins
  • oil for frying

Cooking Process:

Heat oil in shallow pan.   Cut the shape of a spoon from each wonton skin.  to make a slight indentation, i press a piece of wonton skin between two wonton soup spoons, then gently drop into the oil.  You can also form by hand or use metal spoons.  Fry until crisp, drain on paper towels.  Put a spoonful of your favorite dip or poke just before serving to avoid getting the wontons soggy.
