- 2lbs ono/mahi/uku or other fish cubed
- 1 cup celery small diced
- 2 cups tomatoes diced
- 3/4 cups onions diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
Mix everything and chill for at least 1/2 hour (longer is better).
