US Metric

1 TB vegetable oil

20 oz. firm tofu, drained, mashed

½ lb. ground pork

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

2 TB Aloha shoyu

1 ½ TB brown sugar

1 TB sake

1 tsp. salt

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

2 large eggs, scrambled


optional: shiitake mushrooms

Cooking Process:

In a skillet over medium heat; brown pork in oil. Add tofu, carrot and mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes until carrots are tender. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, sake and salt and blend well. Stir in peas and eggs. Cook until eggs are cooked through and tofu is crumbled. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
