Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 45 minutes | Ready In: 60
- 5 lbs. Thin-style Short Ribs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Alohs Aloha shoyu soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 3/4 cup Ko Chu Jang (Sweet Chili Korean paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Cooking Process:
Soak Short Ribs Overnight. Hibachi to medium rare, or to your desired temperature.
how to serve:
Grill on the hibachi and serve on platter, or right off the grill!
