  • 5 lbs. Thin-style Short Ribs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Alohs Aloha shoyu soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3/4 cup Ko Chu Jang (Sweet Chili Korean paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions



Cooking Process:

Soak Short Ribs Overnight.  Hibachi to medium rare, or to your desired temperature.

how to serve:

Grill on the hibachi and serve on platter, or right off the grill!
