Macadamia Nut Bars

Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

2 cups flour

2 blocks butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together sugar and butter.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

Blend in flour.

Stir in half of the nuts.

Spread batter evenly in greased 9" x 13" pan.

Sprinkle remaining nuts over batter.

Bake for 25- 30 minutes.

Cut into 40 bars (about 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches) while hot and remove from the pan while warm.
