Tulip Luncheon Meat Quiche, the perfect dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Aloha shoyu
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can spam, diced into small cubes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- parmesan cheese
- store-bought deep dish pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together ingredients except spam and cheese, in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into pie crust. Add spam and chesse evenly into egg mixture and gently fold. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes until center is firm and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing.
