Fresh Mango Peach Strawberry Popsicles

Nothing is better and healthier than serving fresh fruit popsicles as summer approaches.  These ice pops have very little added sugar and can be made with fresh or fresh-frozen fruit.

  • 1 cup ripe mango puree 
  • 1 cup ripe peach puree 
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • Lime or lemon juice to taste 
  • 6 to 8 popsicle sticks
  • 8 strawberries

Cooking Process:

Combine fruit purées in a medium bowl. Heat water and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add sugar mixture to purées with lime or lemon juice to taste. Fill molds (either ice pop molds or use cups) an. Freeze until firmly set, 3 to 4 hours.  To add strawberries, I usually fill the molds 3/4 set for 1 hour and then insert strawberries into mold.
