

Leftover Fish Katsu Taco's

Leftover fried fish (recipe below)
- 1/2 lb ahi
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 lb panko bread crumbs
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon masago (fish roe)
- oil for frying
- Garnish: Chopped green onion. sauce, fish roe
- Corn or flour tortillas.
Feel free to change up the garnish to include salsa, guacamole, cheese, tartar sauce, sour cream...
Cooking Process:
Heat up leftover fish, put leftover rice (optional), fish and top with your favorite toppings. A easy way to use up your leftovers.
