  • 4 lbs. crab legs, steamed
  • 4 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp. ginger, peeled, grated
  • 4 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp. palm sugar
  • 1/3-½ c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. sherry
  • 1 Thai bird chili, minced
  • 2 TB cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. salt

Garnish: chopped green onion

Cooking Process:

Place crab legs into large serving dish. In a skillet over medium heat; saute ginger and garlic in oil until fragrant. Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined and heated through. Toss with crab. Garnish with green onion. Serves 6-8.
