Kong Namul (Large Soy Beans)
This Kong Namul (Large Soy Beans) is a delicious and healthy snack!
- 2 pkg. large soy beans
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Aloha shoyu
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2-3 stalks green onions, chopped
Wash the beans and snip off the long tails (to avoid toughness). Heat oil and garlic. When the garlic is browned, discard. Add beans and saut'e
Add shoyu and salt and saut'e again a few mins. Add green onions and sesame seeds and mix well. Remove from heat.
Can be served hot or cold. Serves 4
