Chef Jobbie Domendens Steamed Hapuupuu
This season, we were thrilled to team up with the Four Seasons Resort Oahu in conjunction with Lanikuhonua to bring you a spectacular new season of Cooking Hawaiian Style. On this episode, we featured 3 of Four Season’s Chefs to showcase dishes that they were known for. This week we are sharing Chef Jobbie Domenden's recipe for Steamed Hapu'upu'u. Born and raised on the island of Moloka'i, he gained an appreciation for living from the land and sea, immersed from childhood in a mix of cultures and flavors that would ignite his passion and curiosity for the culinary world.
