They have a master carver who carves everything from water melons to radishes to look like fine pieces of art on your plate. Joining us in the kitchen is the general manager Ying who helped translate for her executive chef Ake who is from. They made a delicious ahi salad with a zesty lime dressing.

Ahi Tuna Salad
4 ounces fresh ahi
4-5 mint leaves
3 tablespoons lemongrass, bruised and chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, minced
3 tablespoons red bell pepper, minced
1/3 cup cilantro
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
5 tablespoons sugar

Cooking Process:

Chop all ingredients and place in a bowl. Mix well, chill and serve.
