2 cups all purpouse flour
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups water (to desired consistency)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
oil for cooking

Cooking Process:

Mix ingredients in a glass bowl just until mixed, do not overmix. Heat pan with oil over medium high heat. Pour batter into pan and cook until bubbles start forming around the edges, then flip. Cook until golden brown and serve with your favorite condiments such as butter and guava jelly.

Cooking Process (Condiments):
Mix flour, sugar, salt and water until a runny consistency is achieved. Add more or less water as needed to reach desired consistency. Heat skillet over medium heat and coat with oil. Once skillet is hot, Pour a thin layer of batter to into pan. Cook until edges get crispy and flip.
