4pc beef bone marrow, cut lengthwise
Zest of 1 lemon
½ bunch american parsley chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
2-Tbl extra virgin olive oil
8pc-sliced crusty baguette 

Cooking Process:

Method For the Gremolata:
Zest a lemon into the bowl of breadcrumbs, chop the parsley then add to the same bowl, add the minced garlic to the same bowl, add the extra virgin oil and salt and pepper to taste.

For the Bone Marrow:
Place bone with marrow on sheet pan, cut side up, season with salt and cracked black pepper.
Top the bone marrow with the Gremolata breadcrumbs and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Place & roast in a 400* pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.


how to serve:

Serve with toasted baguette or crostini.
