1 tb vegetable oil
1 tb sesame oil
1 can tulip
1 med/lg sweet Vidalia or yellow onion diced small
1/3 cup oyster sauce
2 tb low sodium shoyu
1 tb rice wine vinegar
1 tb Asian chili garlic sauce
3 cloves garlic finely minced
1 tb ground ginger
1 can (8oz.) waterchestnut
2-3 green onions thin sliced
Butter lettuce leaves to serve
Purple cabbage

Cooking Process:

+ Add vegetable oil to medium hot pan, add garlic when browned add onion and simmer until translucent.

+ Dice Tulip and add.

+ Add sesame oil, shoyu, oyster sauce, asian chili garlic sauce, ground ginger, water chestnuts, and green onions.

+ Simmer for 5-6 minutes.

+ Garnish with roughly chopped purple cabbage and butter lettuce coated with rice wine vinegar.
