Good morning! I love the wasabi flavor with the juices. I had something similar served alongside a shrimp cocktail appetizer. The wasabi juice was served as a “shooter” and it reminded me of a morning Bloody Mary.

  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • ½ c. orange juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. wasabi powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 jiggers vodka, as desired
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch fresh dill weed, celery salt
  • Garnish:
  • 2 pickled asparagus spears or string beans, 2 lime wedges

Cooking Process:

In a small pitcher, dissolve wasabi powder in juices. Add remaining ingredients.

Serve over ice; garnish with asparagus or beans and lime. Serves 2.
