Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric
  • 3-4 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 2 ( 8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • ½ c. Aloha shoyu
  • ½ c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TB vinegar
  • 12 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 TB whole peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves

Cooking Process:

In a large saucepan over medium heat; add all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 1 ½ hours until beef is tender.

how to serve:

For service : Optional to thicken sauce for gravy. Serves 6-8.
