  • 2 lbs. frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • ¼ c. red onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
  • ¼-1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, ½-inch cubes, as desired
  • ½ c. each mayonnaise, sour cream
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. each salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • shredded lettuce

Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; toss together all ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Serve over shredded lettuce. Serves 6.
