4-5 green mango, peeled, 1/2-inch strips
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. Aloha shoyu
2 whole star anise seeds
1 Hawaiian chili pepper, mashed
1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

Cooking Process:

In a large bowl; combine all ingredients; marinate 1 hour.
