•6oz Fresh Ahi, cubed
•1 tbsp Sesame oil
•1/2 white onion, Sliced
•Hawaiian salt, add as needed
•Chili pepper flakes, add as needed

Cooking Process:

Marinade all ingredients before cooking.  In hot pan sear ahi poke until medium rare, then toss it with shoyu, green onions, and place it on greens with tomato, red onion.
