US Metric

2 lbs. pork chops, ¾-inch thickness
1 head garlic, peeled
¼ c. cilantro, stems, coarsely chopped
2 TB cilantro leaves
3 stalks lemongrass, white parts only, crushed, coarsely chopped
3 TB Aloha shoyu
1 TB palm sugar
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
½ c. vegetable oil
shredded head cabbage

Cooking Process:

In a food processor; combine garlic, cilantro stems and leaves, lemongrass, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Process while drizzling oil into processor. Process until desired consistency. Marinate pork chops 3-4 hours or overnight. Charcoal broil or sauté until cooked through.

how to serve:

For Service: Slice and serve on bed of shredded cabbage. Serves 4.
