3 c. all-purpose flour
ΒΌ c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each salt, baking soda
1/2 c. cold butter, pieces
8 oz. plain yogurt
2 TB buttermilk, as needed
1/4 c. Nori Komi Furikake (prepared sesame seed and toasted seaweed seasoning)

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Using 2 forks; cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Stir in yogurt. Turn mixture onto floured work surface; knead lightly. Tear off 2-inch balls; flatten. Brush with buttermilk; sprinkle with furikake; pressing to adhere. Transfer onto ungreased baking sheets; bake 10-12 minutes. Serves 6-8.
