Slow Cooker Carrot Cake

1 ½ c. flour

3/4 c. sugar

2 large eggs

½ c. apple sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. allspice

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1 c. carrots, grated

Cooking Process:

Grease sides and bottom of slow cooker with butter. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl by hand. Spread batter in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, or until firm in the center. Makes 6-8 servings.
