Slow Cooker Brownie Pudding

1 TB butter

3 TB melted butter

1 c. sugar

1 c. flour

3 TB + ¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp. baking powder

½ c.milk

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

½ c. brown sugar

1 ¾ b. boiling water

½ c. chocolate chips

½ c. mini marshmallows

Cooking Process:

Grease slow cooker with 1 TB of butter. In a mixing bowl; combine sugar, flour, 3 TB cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir in melted butter, milk and vanilla. Spread batter into slow cooker; sprinkle with brown sugar and ¼ c. cocoa powder.Pour boiling water over the batter. Cover and cook on high 2-2 ½hours. Turn off cooker; sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows; cover. Let stand until melted, about 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
