I always liked the idea of a meal cooked in a rice cooker.  I also wanted to make a healthier version that was diabetic friendly. In this version, I used brown rice, splenda instead of sugar and low-sodium shoyu (soy sauce).

I always love the vegetable dressing served in the Japanese restaurants. This dressing is good for salad as well as for seared fish and roast beef. I use this dressing for my ahi salad. For garlic lovers, add one (or  more) clove of grated garlic.
