I love creating fun and new ways to make and showcase sushi. This is a very easy to make pan-style sushi with out the hassle of trying to roll your own. Get creative with the toppings...I used leftover holiday ham for this one.
Fried Yuba rolls are delicious and can be made using ordinary spring roll wrappers or fried tofu wrappers instead of Yuba.
