  • 2 lb Fresh Ahi or Aku, Cut Cubed
  • 1/2 lb Round Onion
  • 1 lb Japanese Cucumber, diced
  • 2 lb Tomatoes, diced
  • 4 pcs. fresh Lemons
  • 4 cans coconut milk, (no.2 can, 13.5 oz)
  • 1/2 lb cup Green Onions
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1/2 T Black Pepper

Cooking Process:

Place Ahi or Aku in a bowl,  squeeze lemon juice, let stand for 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients, mix well.  Serve.
